Entry gets you into the night. A reserved table gives your group a place to sit, with the cover redeemable against food and drinks.

Couples enter free before 9:30 pm. Entry alone does not reserve a table. If you arrive later, the later rate applies.

Availability and payment terms must be confirmed by the team. A request does not hold a table.

Paid bookings, cancellations & refunds

Payment does not confirm your booking. Your booking is confirmed only once you receive a separate confirmation from Heyou.

If Heyou cannot confirm your paid booking, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the 6 pm cancellation cutoff.

Saturday entry and table-cover payments are refundable if you cancel before 6 pm IST on the booking date. Guest cancellations at or after 6 pm and no-shows are non-refundable.

To cancel, message Heyou on WhatsApp with your booking reference before the deadline. The team will process eligible refunds; sending a message does not itself complete a refund.
