Reservations and enquiries

When you send a table request or group enquiry, we use the details you provide to respond, check availability and support your visit. This can include your name, email, phone number, date, group size, company and any notes you choose to share.

Please include only the personal information needed for your request. Notes about allergies or accessibility are optional and are shared with the team handling your visit.

Services used by this website

Website hosting, request storage and notification services process information needed to deliver the website and pass your request to Heyou. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and maps open services with their own privacy practices.

Cover payments

If you choose online payment, Razorpay processes it in its secure checkout. We retain the booking reference, payment and order identifiers, amount, currency and verification status to reconcile your cover payment. Your contact details may be prefilled in Razorpay to help complete checkout. Card details, banking passwords and OTPs are entered with the payment provider, not stored by this website.

This tab may retain a checkout reference so you can check payment status after refreshing. This is used for the payment service, not advertising.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is off until you choose “Accept analytics”. If you accept on our public website, it helps us understand page visits, menu use, booking journeys and contact clicks. Google processes the resulting usage and device information for analytics. We do not send reservation names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking references or free-text notes in our analytics events.

Declining does not affect menus, enquiries, reservations or payments. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals remain disabled. Accepting analytics does not subscribe you to promotional emails or WhatsApp messages.

We remember your choice on this browser for up to 180 days. Older preferences from before Google Analytics was introduced do not count as permission. Use Cookie settings to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing stops future analytics collection and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already collected. If your browser cannot save your choice, analytics stays off.

Local previews, private review sites and administrative pages do not send analytics data. Learn about Google’s privacy practices.
