Can I cancel a paid Saturday booking?
Saturday entry and table-cover payments are refundable if you cancel before 6 pm IST on the booking date. Guest cancellations at or after 6 pm and no-shows are non-refundable. To cancel, message Heyou on WhatsApp with your booking reference before the deadline. The team will process eligible refunds; sending a message does not itself complete a refund.
What is the difference between Heyou Dining and Heyou Bar?
Heyou Dining is upstairs and offers a calmer, family-friendly setting for meals and conversation. Heyou Bar is downstairs, is 21+, and has a livelier atmosphere with indoor and open-air seating. Both serve the full food and drinks menu.
Do I need to choose a space when I book?
Yes. Choose Heyou Dining or Heyou Bar so the team can place you in the room that fits your plan. You can add a seating note to your request.
What kind of food does Heyou serve?
Come hungry. Start with dim sum or something from the tandoor, settle into a curry or a bowl of noodles, and leave room for dessert. The kitchen brings together Indian and Asian cooking alongside pizza, pasta and other comfort favourites. Lunch and dinner are served in both Heyou Dining and Heyou Bar, whether you’re ordering a meal of your own or sharing dishes across the table.
Do you serve cocktails and alcohol-free drinks?
Yes. The bar menu includes signature cocktails and alcohol-free mixed drinks, alongside wine, beer, spirits, coffee and soft beverages.
Is Heyou suitable for families?
Heyou Dining upstairs is family-friendly. Heyou Bar downstairs is a 21+ space.
What happens on Saturday?
Saturday parties start at 8:30 pm in Heyou Bar downstairs, with louder music and dancing. Entry charges depend on your guest mix and arrival time. See the Events page for entry and table-cover details; check Instagram for the current line-up.
Can I book for a large group or corporate gathering?
Yes. Heyou hosts team dinners, client drinks, celebrations and larger groups. Share your date, preferred time, guest count and type of gathering with the team on WhatsApp.

Heyou is open daily from 12 pm to 1 am.
